Query
A query is the action of submitting search parameters including (Type), (Object), and other fields via the search bar or API.
Tip: Use Quick Search for fast checks and Advanced Search for full results.

Account Balance
Your balance can be funded through available payment methods (vouchers, BTC, USDT). These funds are used exclusively to purchase, upgrade, or renew subscription (Plans). All balances are non-refundable and may only be applied to plan transactions.
Subscription Plan
A paid plan is required to receive search results (Records).Your plan includes a specific amount of Credits (CR) which are consumed for successful searches. Plans are purchased using your account balance and can be:
  • Renewed manually
  • Upgraded to higher tiers
  • Set to auto-renew (when enabled)
Credits (CR)
Credits (CR) are the platform's transactional units used to obtain successful query results (Records).Your plan includes a specific amount of Credits (CR) which are consumed for successful searches.1 CR = 1 successful query.

Check
Returns a binary result (found/not found) for your query, without retrieving full records.
Stats
Statistics for your query, displaying the count of records matching your search object across all databases.
Records
Database records returned for successful searches. Quantity ranges from 1 to 10,000, depending on your subscription plan and query parameters.
Note: Check and Stats don’t consume CR but have rate limits.

Type
The category of data you're searching for. Common types include:
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Username
  • Full Name
  • IP
  • Domain
  • other
Object
The actual data value you're searching for.
Example:
Searching for phone number - 15557288758
Type: Phone
Object: 15557288758
Remember:
  • Selecting the correct Type ensures accurate results
  • Some types may have special search requirements

Wildcard Basics
Certain data types support wildcard searches using the asterisk (*) symbol to replace unknown portions of your query.
Placement Rules
Wildcards can be positioned:
  • At the beginning: *son finds "Johnson", "Jackson"
  • At the end: Alex* finds "Alex", "Alexander"
Examples
Name search: Alex Mil* → Alex Miller, Alex Milford
Reverse: *Miller finds any name ending in "Miller"
